• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools or machines
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts ```Skills```
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job
• Proficiency in pipe threading and installation
• Maintenance Person skills to handle various repair tasks related to plumbing systems
• Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools used in plumbing work
• Experience with welding techniques for pipe connections
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
