Job Description

About Hello Sugar Hello Sugar is a fast-growing sugaring and waxing brand built on one promise: it hurts less here. Our membership model gives clients affordable, consistent care and gives our estheticians a loyal book of regulars. We operate three salons in Orange County with more California locations on the way. The Role We are looking for a rock star: a licensed esthetician who leads from the front, loves coaching, and wants to earn more when the team wins. As District Manager, you will lead our three Orange County salons and help them become top performers. You will split your time between seeing your own clients and working in person with our teams on sales, memberships and pre-booking. You will be a manager who brings ideas and drives results, not just a supervisor. This is a hands-on, in-salon role. Scheduling and payroll are handled by our operations manager, so your focus is people, performance and the client experience. Your Earning Potential On top of your hourly pay and your service commission, you can earn up to $850 every month in bonuses: MCR bonus: $200 when salons hit 50% membership conversion, $400 at 55% Pre-Book bonus: $150 when salons hit 65% pre-booking, $300 at 70%

Pay:
$24 to $28 per hour for management hours, plus monthly performance bonuses of up to $850 and a quarterly profit-share bonus of up to $1,000. Service hours are paid on our California esthetician commission plan, plus tips. If you are a licensed esthetician who is ready to lead, coach and make real money doing it, we want to hear from you.
