Product Operations Manager VertiCrest Partners Orange, CA Job Details Permanent | Full-time $96,000 - $102,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Jira Confluence Release management Data analytics Management reporting Full Job Description We're hiring a Product Operations Manager to support the processes behind a growing product team. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Design and Customer Success, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, releases and product performance. This isn't a traditional Product Manager role. Your focus will be on making the wider product operation run properly.
Where You'll Focus Planning:
Keep roadmaps, quarterly priorities and key milestones organised.
Releases:
Coordinate launch readiness, dependencies and communication between teams.
Data:
Maintain product dashboards and report on adoption, usage and other KPIs.
Process:
Identify gaps in existing workflows and introduce practical improvements. Day to day, you'll also: Coordinate product planning and review meetings Track actions, risks and delivery dependencies Maintain product documentation Prepare reports for leadership Support quarterly planning Keep product tools and information current Your Background We're looking for experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management or technology operations. You should understand how digital products move from planning through development and release, and be comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha! or similar. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with product analytics would also be useful. This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, with most work taking place Monday through Friday during standard business hours. If you're good at bringing structure to busy product teams without creating unnecessary process, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$96,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
