Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Field Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This management-level role is ideal for a seasoned field, labor, union representation, or internal organizing professional who is ready to lead strategic campaigns, mentor staff, and support meaningful worksite and community-focused initiatives. The Field Coordinator will work under the direction of the Field Director and play a key leadership role in implementing field goals, strengthening internal organizing campaigns, and guiding Representatives/Internal Organizers through contract enforcement, member engagement, worksite actions, and broader social and political initiatives. This opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment where strong leadership, staff development, strategic planning, and community impact are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Create strategic plans focused on worksite issues, contract enforcement, contract campaigns, and member engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Union Representatives/Internal Organizers to strengthen field campaign execution and organizing outcomes.
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual field plans aligned with broader organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate representation, internal organizing, and Steward training workshops with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and team meetings to review priorities, assess progress, provide coaching, and support accountability.
  • Inspire staff performance, implement development plans, and create accountability measures that support successful campaigns and programs. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
