Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic leader to serve as our Director of Business Operations. You will lead business-side operations including manage financial performance, developing innovative strategies to support our continued success, and implement new A.I.-based initiatives to refine and accelerate our capabilities. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability Manage profit & loss statements, analyzing financial data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities Oversee project management initiatives to improve processes, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation Supervise team management efforts, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluations for managers and staff Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets and expanding client relationships Utilize Salesforce data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions Research, select and implement A.I.-based business tools to enhance the business. Experience Proven management experience in a senior leadership role within a related industry or business environment Extensive experience with profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight Strong background in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning Demonstrated success in team leadership, team development, and executive-level communication Skilled in business management practices including sales strategies, customer service excellence, and operational management Familiarity with lean management principles and data-driven decision-making processes Supervising experience with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives Recent exposure to A.I. business tools and implementation strategies. $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
