Full Job Description Regional Operations Manager Compensation:
$205,000-215,000
Location:
Rocklin, CA We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple branches within a defined territory. This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution while driving continuous improvement and supporting company initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support branch managers and frontline teams to drive performance, safety, and service standards Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and reinforce company expectations Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with HR Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, and company policies) Drive operational consistency by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste Monitor KPIs, inventory, and daily operations to ensure accuracy and performance goals are met Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align operations with customer needs and resolve service issues Support budget management by monitoring labor, expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure facilities, equipment, and fleet meet safety and operational standards Support rollout and adoption of company initiatives, systems, and best practices Provide insight on market conditions, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Strong operational leadership experience with a focus on safety, service, and efficiency Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and drive consistent results Effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of financial and operational metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 5-10 years of operations or leadership experience Multi-location experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and team development Why RelaDyne?
