This full-time, in-office position requires a hands-on approach to property management, ensuring the highest level of service to residents and maintaining the property's efficiency and overall appeal. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, dependable, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Oversee all aspects of the property's daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.

Resident Relations:

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.

Leasing & Marketing:

Show available units, process applications, and assist in executing lease agreements.

Maintenance Coordination:

Schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely and high-quality service.

Rent Collection & Financial Duties:

Collect rent, issue late notices, and assist in managing the property's budget.

Compliance & Regulations:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and company policies.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Property Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of the property and units to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

REQUIRED

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in property management are a plus.

PREFERRED

1-2 years of office administrative/management experience

PREFERRED

1-2 years of customer service experience

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

General Hours and Pay Range $16.50-21.00 per hour Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. lodging credit in accordance with California state regulations.
