•120K] annually, based on experience + Health, Vision, dental etc. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced DME Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Durable Medical Equipment business, with a strong focus on sleep apnea therapy, supplies, and respiratory equipment . The ideal candidate will have DME/HME industry experience, strong knowledge of PAP therapy, insurance and authorization processes, DMEPOS requirements, patient service, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage daily DME and sleep therapy operations for 6 offices in Bay Area. Each office has one employee. Ensure compliance with applicable DMEPOS and company policies. Oversee patient setup, education, troubleshooting, and customer service. Work closely with billing and revenue-cycle teams to reduce denials and documentation issues. Recruit, train, coach, and manage operations staff. Develop SOPs and improve efficiency of workflow. Monitor KPIs including referral turnaround, setup completion, inventory accuracy, patient satisfaction, denials, and resupply performance. Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions. Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership. Qualifications 3-5+ years of DME/HME operations experience preferred. Strong understanding of DMEPOS operations and payer requirements. Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. Experience managing healthcare employees and operational workflows. Knowledge of DME inventory, billing, authorization, and documentation processes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Preferred:

RRT/CRT, sleep-related certification, DME certification, healthcare administration degree, or related experience.
