Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive, and highly organized household operations leader who thrives in a private estate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The Estate Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for multiple private residences, overseeing household staff, vendors, property standards, maintenance, events, inventories, and day-to-day operations. This is a true leadership role requiring confidence, discretion, warmth, strong follow-through, and the ability to keep multiple properties running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple private residences, including interior and exterior property walkthroughs, quality checks, fix-it lists, and household standards. Supervise, schedule, and support household staff, including cleaning personnel, cooks, handymen, pet care support, and project team members. Coordinate vendors, repairs, maintenance, household services, events, and special projects while tracking timelines, budgets, and quality of work. Manage household inventories, including groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, clothing, travel supplies, and other household needs. Create and maintain household manuals, checklists, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency across all properties. Support principals and guests as needed, including travel preparation, event support, vendor coordination, and hands-on service when necessary.
