Job Description
Company Overview Diamond Environmental Services is an essential sanitation service to critical infrastructure work for construction, energy, waste, and healthcare industries and government sites. With over 20 years of industry experience Diamond Environmental Services has become one of Southern California's premier portable sanitation companies. With Locations serving the counties of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles, we provide all types of portable sanitation services and temporary fencing to both commercial and residential customers. Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of DOT/CHP regulations, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Conduct driver-safety training and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Plan and oversee work procedures using manuals and practical experience with DOT-regulated vehicles. Lead and coach employees with effective communication and professional development strategies. Guide drivers through physicals, drug/alcohol testing, and DMV knowledge/skills testing. Adhere to company rules and ensure punctual attendance. Uphold and protect the company's brand and public image. Complete all assigned work and required documentation accurately. Minimize internal and external customer complaints. Meet or exceed safety, service, and productivity standards. Lead issue resolution efforts for faster improvements and better team dynamics. Ensure compliance with cost control, waste reduction, safety, and timely delivery goals. Perform additional duties as assigned.
