As the Center Sales Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role. Compensation Annual Base Salary:

$71,000+ Performance-based bonus potential of $15,000+ per year, tied to weekly and monthly performance goals Benefits & Perks Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid training and ongoing leadership development Employee discounts Referral bonuses Key Responsibilities Grow ticket count and sales by bringing in new guests to the center and ensuring high retention of existing guests Monitor and manage center metrics, productivity, and profitability, including service sales, Wax Pass, retail, pre-booking, and guest retention Maintain staffing levels, training standards, and team accountability Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to create a culture of excellence in guest service Lead from the floor, spending most of your day with guests and team members, and turn first-time guests into guests for life Recruit, hire, and onboard team members who love the brand as much as you do Build smart schedules and manage inventory and daily operations Review KPIs, spot gaps early, and build action plans to close them Keep the center spotless and on-brand and follow all health and safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty industry preferred, but not required) Ability to address and resolve guest concerns promptly using sound judgment, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting A proven record of hitting sales goals and coaching others to hit theirs Clear, confident communication, whether you're sharing good news or having a tough conversation Availability for full time role, including evenings and weekends as needed Ability to stand for most of a shift and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs Bonus points: European Wax Center or Zenoti experience Ready to set The Smooth Standard as our next Center Manager?
