Role:

Based in our beautiful Presidio neighborhood tasting room, you'll be the driving force behind our guest experience and sales. Working directly with managers and owners, you'll gain deep knowledge of SBC wine country while leading our tasting room operations 5 days a week. We need a proven sales leader who thrives on building connections and driving revenue, with at least 2 years of tasting room experience.

What You'll Do:

Drive wine and wine club sales with enthusiasm and expertise Host tastings and educate guests on our varietals, production methods, and Santa Barbara County AVAs Support managers with social media (Canva, Instagram) and event promotion Manage inventory through proactive communication Restock wine and merchandise Maintain immaculate tasting room standards Host private events and tasting room experiences Most importantly: Create unforgettable experiences that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans

What We're Looking For:

21+ years of age, must be able to lift 50lbs. Strong sales background and hospitality experience (major plus!) Passion for wine and eagerness to learn Weekend availability required Team player who thrives in a collaborative, family-style environment
