Role:
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and organized Branch Operations Manager who can effectively execute Main Office directives and manage day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, HR, and marketing experience. This person should be able to follow company direction while using independent judgment to solve problems and hold employees accountable. We value someone who takes ownership, is execution-focused, and can keep the branch organized, efficient, and productive.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch. Communicate and implement company policies, procedures, and instructions from the Main Office. Make sure Main Office directives are properly followed and completed at the branch. Supervise and coordinate branch employees. Monitor employee performance, attendance, and work responsibilities. Hold employees accountable for completing their assigned duties. Identify operational problems and take action to resolve them. Improve office procedures, workflow, and overall branch efficiency. Maintain a professional, organized, and productive work environment. Work with Human Resources on employee onboarding, documentation, performance issues, and other HR-related matters. Support employee training and workplace administration as needed. Assist with local marketing activities and help coordinate branch marketing efforts. Communicate branch issues, needs, and progress to senior management. Use independent judgment to handle day-to-day branch issues while following company policies and direction. Complete other duties and projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in office management, operations, branch management, or a similar role ( Required ). Previous experience supervising or coordinating employees ( Required ). Strong organizational and time management skills ( Required ). Good communication and interpersonal skills ( Required ). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to follow company policies and instructions from senior management. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable working with employees and addressing performance or workplace issues. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources, employee administration, onboarding, and performance management( Preffered ). Strong knowledge and practical experience in marketing, including planning and coordinating local marketing activities( Preffered ). Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software. Professional, dependable, organized, and responsible. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and employee information.
