Job Description Fast5Xpress Car Wash is looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Site Manager in Training (MIT). This position is designed to prepare the right candidate to successfully manage their own car wash location. During the training period, you will work alongside experienced leadership at multiple locations throughout Orange County to learn all aspects of running a high-performing site. You will receive hands-on experience in team leadership, sales, customer service, scheduling, labor management, facility operations, performance management, and overall site operations. Candidates must reside in Orange County and be willing and able to travel between our Orange County locations as part of the training program. What You'll Do Lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees and members of the management team. Drive membership sales, conversion, customer retention, and retail sales. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns. Learn to create employee schedules based on business needs, car volume, and labor budgets. Monitor key performance indicators and use results to improve site performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional car wash facility. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and communicate maintenance needs. Complete required operational, sales, inventory, payroll, and scheduling reports. Maintain chemical and supply inventory. Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Develop the leadership and operational skills necessary to independently manage a car wash location. These responsibilities are based on the expectations of the Site Manager role, which includes ownership of sales, membership conversion, site operations, reporting, team development, and facility standards. Willingness to work outdoors and remain actively involved in daily site operations. Flexible availability based on business needs, including weekends and peak business periods. Must reside in Orange County, California. Must be willing and able to travel between store locations throughout Orange County . High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license required.

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$21.00-$23.00 per hour This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week based on business needs. Weekend availability and flexibility during peak business periods are required. Growth Opportunity The goal of the Site Manager in Training program is to develop candidates who are ready to independently lead their own location. Advancement to a Site Manager position will be based on successful completion of training, demonstrated leadership ability, operational knowledge, performance, and business needs.
