Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Night Audit to join our hospitality team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. The Night Audit acts as the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours, delivering a warm, professional experience that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for all guests and support the seamless functioning of our hotel operations through the night. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying reservations, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy of daily transactions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. Document incidents or irregularities during shift, completing detailed shift reports for management review. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality management is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and focus. Experience working in resort or hotel environments with guest relations expertise is desirable.
