Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Tasting Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Must posses strong leadership and coaching skills as well as excellent sales and customer service skills.

Tasting Room Supervisor:

Possesses and lives Europa Village core values Assists the Tasting Room Manager in overseeing the Tasting Room, Tours, and Operations Responsible for training and mentoring new employees Assists in overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining the core values, standards and ambiance of the winery Leads and motivates sales and supports the team to achieve revenue goals; updates team on new promotions and assists sales team as needed Assists with achieving or exceeding financial goals, including wine and tour sales, retail sales, and Wine Club & Europa Table sign-ups. Assists with controlling operational costs and helps identify measures to cut waste and maximize efficiencies Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction Manages cash handling, including drawer reconciliations and bank deposits Completes daily credit card tip calculations and enters them into tip spreadsheet Comfortable working on feet for the majority of the work shift Comfortable transitioning between working indoor and outdoor throughout the work shift Other duties as assigned Expectations of the
