The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including: Staff recruitment & Training Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 3 - 12 years old Customer service B2B sales within select region Marketing Managing a team of sports coaches Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI's and Targets are met The salary is made up of a combination of a base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
