Join our team The Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance. This role is responsible for labor planning, task execution, performance monitoring, and team development while supporting customer service requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor leads employees, ensures compliance with safety and operational standards, and drives productivity through clear communication, coaching, and effective problem-solving.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule labor requirements to meet goals while maintaining cost efficiencyAssign and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion and operational efficiency Hold team members accountable Track, analyze, and report departmental performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)Approve and manage labor hours in compliance with company policies, ensuring accurate payroll processingProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals while handling disciplinary matters professionallyMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performanceTake on additional responsibilities as neededExperiencePrior supervisor or lead experience RequirementsStrong working knowledge of warehouse Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Time management skills and the ability to delegateExcellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to train employees in new proceduresAbility to provide constructive feedbackAbility and desire to learn new methods and systems
