Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment while maximizing lane utilization.

Assistant General Manager Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight:
Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, lane assignments, and POS operations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and guide desk clerks and attendants throughout the shift.
Customer Service:
Address customer complaints, resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Ensure all lanes, scoring equipment, rental shoes, and facility areas are clean and functional throughout the day.
Safety Enforcement:
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and facility policies at all times.
Financial Accountability:
Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare financial reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years in customer service or a supervisory role, preferably within a bowling center or hospitality venue.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, basic knowledge of bowling equipment/scoring systems(BLS and Conqueror) is preferred but not required, and ABC certification is preferred but not required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Availability:
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to work in a high-energy, loud, and active environment.
