Job Description
Victorville Motors is looking to add a Business Manager The Business Manager manages the accounting operations of the business. He or she maintains an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. In addition, the Business Manager develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Responsibilities Oversee the financial and accounting system and personnel at the dealership. Meet with management team regularly to go over business matters and develop plans to increase profitability. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and financial statements accurately and timely. Review financial statements, ledgers and work with accounting team to clear up any discrepancies. Prepare and process all tax reporting. Coordinate with your team members regarding account reconciliations, journal entries, etc. Support your staff members with the guidance necessary to be productive and efficient. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
AT LEAST 2 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MANAGER EXPEREINCE!
College degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Must be motivated, self directed problem solver. Excellent staff management skills. Must possess good organizations skills. Must have overall knowledge of Automotive Business Office duties. Ability to communicate well with staff, management and vendors. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment. Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area. Good attendance required.
