- 140K/yr Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance operations within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility.

Education:
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.Licenses/Certifications:
A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Certification required. Minimum 10 years of hands-on A&P experience with large commercial aircraft.Additional Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning. Strong focus on safety culture and compliance. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP or Maintenance software (e.g., Corridor Go) preferred. Effective verbal and written communication in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Understanding of California labor laws is beneficial. Familiarity with timekeeping systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Kronos) and performance management processes preferred.
