The Deputy Field Director will work directly with the consultant team to execute an efficient and targeted ground campaign. The Deputy Field Director will be responsible for managing field staff, including a professional canvassing operation, as well as organizing local organizations and volunteers to build outreach capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

Work to get candidate elected Strategize with consultant team and campaign team on best course of action Recruit volunteers and canvassers Train staff, including field organizers and paid canvassers, on duties Manage staff, ensuring they are meeting goals on a daily/weekly basis Provide progress reports to campaign team on strategic goals and organizational/advocacy activity daily Track and monitor data for quality and trends of interest Train volunteers on how to effectively perform voter outreach Other duties (as assigned) Qualifications (Required):

Pay:

$5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
