Travel required across job sites About the Role We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven ESS Field Service Supervisor to lead on-site Energy Storage System (ESS) operations in strategic partnership with LG Energy Solution . This role balances hands-on technical execution with multi-site team leadership. You will manage daily field operations, schedule workflows, guide technicians, and ensure high standards of safety and quality control. Key Responsibilities Technical & Field Operations Perform precise measurements, calibrations, and battery voltage recordings. Safely operate machinery, material-handling equipment, and scissor lifts following standard procedures. Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Perform quality assurance inspections, identify defects, and maintain precise data logs to reduce waste. Ensure all work areas strictly comply with safety and cleanliness standards. Leadership & Team Management Plan, schedule, and assign daily and weekly field tasks for technical crews. Supervise and mentor field technicians, providing hands-on training and real-time problem resolution. Serve as the main communication link between field teams, project managers, and supervisors. Prepare and submit detailed daily progress reports (tracking milestones, issues, and corrective actions). Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency. Additional Responsibilities Support general manufacturing, inspection, and CNC-related processes as required.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent practical experience required.

Background:

Prior experience in electrical, technical, or maintenance roles preferred.

Leadership:

Strong leadership or field management experience highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude with hands-on machinery operation experience.

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong task prioritization in fast-paced environments.

Mindset:

Extreme attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:
