A full-service restaurant and bar 20 SPARK-immersive bowling lanes A private VIP lounge 60+ arcade and VR games Themed laser tag and billiards Private party areas Giant HD displays, including 15-ft lane screens and a 17-ft LED restaurant screen Position Overview We're seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support daily operations and assist the management team across all departments, including Front of House, Back of House, Games, and Events. This role focuses on guest relations, employee coaching and counseling, training, and opening/closing operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations across all departments Assist with guest relations and issue resolution Provide employee coaching, counseling, and training Execute opening and closing procedures Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and team accountability Support scheduling, reporting, and cash handling procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of leadership experience required Strong background in hospitality or service industry Experience with cash handling and POS systems Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join The BLVD!
