We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate part-time Tasting Room Wine Associate to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. This position is for our Saturday shift (12:40-7:00pm), as well as on-call for fill in on weekdays and weekends as needed. As a Tasting Room Wine Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasting room operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and helping our guests discover and enjoy our unique selection of wines. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide engaging tastings, sharing the story and details behind our products.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Independently perform daily operations of the tasting room, including opening/closing, and inventory.
• Assist with events and private tastings.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and product recommendations.
• Promote wine club memberships and merchandise sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the tasting room at all times.
• Prepare and serve food boards
• Compliance alcohol service laws and policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a tasting room, hospitality, or retail leadership not required.
• Passion for wine with the ability to share knowledge in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to pick up shifts on weekdays and weekends, as needed
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for events.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
