Staples is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while driving safety, productivity, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the operation, coach drivers, analyze performance metrics, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Lead and support delivery operations during an overnight shift Coach and develop drivers and associates Manage staffing plans, productivity, and performance goals Promote a strong safety-first culture Partner with leadership to improve operational processes and results What We're Looking For 3+ years of transportation experience Leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to obtain required DOT certifications High school diploma or GED Why Staples?
