Job Description

Boulder, Colorado | Part-Time, Flexible | 15-35 Hours/Week | $20-$25/Hour Top-producing, luxury real estate agent in Boulder, CO is looking for a highly reliable, organized and resourceful assistant to support an active real estate business and portfolio of listings throughout Boulder and the surrounding area. This is not a traditional desk job . We're looking for someone who enjoys being out and about, notices the little things, takes initiative, and can be counted on to make sure properties are beautifully presented and the many moving pieces behind a listing or transaction get handled. Just as important, we want someone with a real pride of ownership in their work—someone who genuinely wants the team to succeed, takes responsibility for the details, and sees themselves as an important part of the overall client experience. This is a very collaborative environment, so being a true team player is essential. Some weeks will be very busy; others will be lighter. The right person will be comfortable with the natural ebb and flow of the real estate business and have the flexibility to jump in when needed. Weekend availability is required , along with the ability to respond to occasional evening and short-notice requests. What you might do on any given day or week: Visit listings to turn lights on/off, check temperature, straighten spaces, replace supplies and make sure the property is showing-ready Meet contractors, vendors, photographers, stagers, inspectors, appraisers and other service providers at properties and provide access Prepare and stock listing materials, property folders, brochures, booties, signage and other showing supplies Pick up, deliver or install small presentation items at listings Check landscaping, patios, pools, exterior presentation and other property details before showings, photography or events Walk through homes before or after showings, open houses or broker events and flag anything needing attention Help prepare properties for photography, video shoots, open houses and special marketing events Coordinate small vendor appointments and follow up to confirm work has been completed Manage keys, lockboxes, signs and miscellaneous listing supplies Pick up printing, marketing materials, flowers, refreshments or other items as needed Help assemble buyer showing packets and property information Make occasional post-weather or post-contractor property checks Track basic supplies and reorder items before they run out Handle miscellaneous errands and last-minute needs that come up in a busy luxury real estate practice Notice the things others might miss—and take initiative to address them
Who We're Looking For:
You are dependable, trustworthy, a self-starter, resilient, proactive and attentive to detail . You take ownership of what you're asked to do, but you also look around and recognize what needs attention without always waiting for instructions. You have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help the team succeed. You are the kind of person who takes pride in doing things well, follows through, communicates clearly and understands that even small details can make a big difference in how a property and our business are presented. You should be comfortable working independently, interacting professionally with clients and vendors, and entering high-end homes where discretion and good judgment are essential. You'll need a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and the ability to get around Boulder quickly , sometimes on relatively short notice. Weekend availability is a must. Flexibility is also important, as hours will vary significantly from week to week. What matters most to us is reliability, judgment, initiative, attention to detail, pride of ownership and a true team mentality . Hours & Compensation Approximately 15-35 hours per week at $20-$25/hour , depending on experience. Hours will vary based on listings, closings, events and the overall pace of the business. Some weeks may be closer to 15 hours; particularly busy weeks may approach 35. This could be a great role for someone who wants exposure to the luxury real estate business, enjoys variety, and likes having a mix of independence, responsibility and teamwork rather than doing the same thing every day.
