This position combines team leadership, technical support, quality control, and customer service. We are looking for someone with strong trade experience who can develop technicians, solve problems in the field, and hold the team accountable for safe, professional, high-quality work. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support field technicians across the Denver metro area. Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments with project managers and coordinators. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot challenging repairs, and assist with fieldwork when needed. Visit job sites to inspect completed work, address issues, and maintain quality standards. Monitor technician productivity, job progress, and timely completion of assigned work. Ensure job notes, photos, labor hours, and material usage are accurately documented. Train new technicians and identify opportunities to strengthen the team's technical and customer-service skills. Address customer concerns and support emergency service needs. Oversee the proper use, care, and organization of company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials. Enforce safety procedures and company standards. Communicate staffing needs, performance concerns, and operational improvements to leadership. Qualifications At least seven years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, handyman services, or skilled trades. Experience leading, training, or supervising field technicians. Strong knowledge of commercial maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple trades. Strong organization, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through without constant supervision. Comfort using mobile applications and job-management software. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Denver-area job sites. Ability to perform essential field duties, including using ladders and tools, with or without reasonable accommodation.
