Englewood, CO 80110 What You'll Be Doing We're hiring immediately for a Bilingual Payroll Administrator role in a fast-paced environment. Anderson Die Casting is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Administrator to assist with weekend payroll and timekeeping functions. The position will initially work one day per weekend, with shifts averaging approximately 6-8 hours depending on workload and how efficiently the work is completed. The initial responsibilities are fairly straightforward and primarily involve reviewing timecards, entering information, and working with Excel spreadsheets. As the individual becomes comfortable with the processes and demonstrates accuracy and reliability, additional responsibilities and workdays may be added.Responsibilities may include:
Review employee timecards and enter hours accurately. Perform payroll-related data entry and administrative tasks. Work with Excel spreadsheets used to track and calculate employee hours. Copy, paste, and transfer information accurately between documents and spreadsheets. Review timecards that are recorded using military time. Calculate and convert employee time when necessary. Understand basic decimal time conversions, including .25, .50, and .75 hours. Identify missing, unclear, or potentially inaccurate time entries. Verify information for accuracy before payroll submission. Maintain organized payroll records and documentation. Communicate in both English and Spanish as needed. Work independently to complete assigned payroll tasks within established deadlines. Take on additional payroll and administrative responsibilities as training progresses. More duties may be assigned upon hire. What You'll Need Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Basic computer skills. Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge strongly preferred. Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and using functions such as copy, paste, and data entry. Advanced Excel formulas are not required, as existing spreadsheets already contain the necessary calculations. Basic to intermediate math skills. Ability to read and understand military time. Comfortable working with decimal time increments such as .25, .50, and .75. Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Dependable and available to work one day each weekend.
