Job Description
Position requires marketing and leasing apartments, rent collection, maintaining tenant files, tenant compliance, overseeing maintenance staff, communicating with management company and tenants on a daily basis Previous apartment management requried; Rural Development experience preferred. This position requires living on site. A 3 bedroom unit is provided as partial compensation.
