Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with senior care practices and techniques is beneficial
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
