Operations Manager, Calaway-Young Cancer Center (full-time)

Valley View's Calaway-Young Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. This critical position provides input into the operations of the Cancer Center, front line staffing, staff development and training. The Operations Manager also assists with data analysis and strategic planning for the Cancer Center. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior hospitality experience preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience Excellent customer service and phone skills Ability to work under variable conditions, well-organized, dependable and flexible Must be a team player Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Mosaiq, Tableau SALARY Starting salary dependent upon education, experience and skill set Position wage range: $30.22 to $44.44/hour
