Your leadership directly improves clients' lives and our team's success. About the Job (Operations Manager Responsibilities)Daily Operations Oversee day-to-day workflow and ensure jobs start on time. Manage technician assignments, schedules, and routing. Monitor job progress and communicate with clients as needed. Quality Control & Training Perform quality checks to ensure luxury-level standards. Train new technicians using Noble's 10-day onboarding program. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development. Supplies & Equipment Track, restock, and manage cleaning supplies weekly. Launder and maintain all cleaning cloths, mop pads, and uniforms. Ensure equipment is cleaned, tested, and ready for daily use. Leadership & Culture Support a positive, encouraging culture rooted in accountability. Resolve small issues with empathy and professional communication. Build strong relationships with technicians and clients. Client Experience Ensure homes receive consistent, premium-level results. Communicate professionally with clients (texts, updates, follow-ups). Handle small service recovery situations with grace and ownership. Administrative Support Assist with onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and attendance. Document training progress and quality scores. Maintain simple checklists, logs, and operational systems.
