$35-40 per hour (based on experience) About Us Patriot Portables & Events is a growing company specializing in portable restroom solutions and event support services. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager and Driver to support daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, routing, and administrative efficiency across the company.- Manage daily routing and dispatching needs
- Schedule service routes, deliveries, and event logistics
- Maintain accurate records and routing
- Driving and servicing Portable Toilets
- Coordinate with field staff and drivers to ensure timely service
- Support management with reporting and operational tasks
- Experience in Operations and/or Operations Management
- Experience in Driving
- Ability to lift and move a portable potty
- Attention to safety in the field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, service scheduling, or event coordination
- Familiarity with dispatching or route planning systems
- Experience in a service-based industry
