General Superintendent - Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Foothills Paving and Maintenance Foothills Paving and Maintenance is looking for an experienced General Superintendent to take ownership of our field operations. This is not an entry-level management position. We need a proven construction leader who understands asphalt paving, dirt work, seal coating, infrared patching, crew management, equipment, scheduling, and production. You will be responsible for keeping multiple crews and projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably. What You'll Do

• Schedule and manage paving, seal coat, infrared patching, dirt, and service crews
• Oversee multiple active jobsites and field operations
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their schedules
• Maintain a 2-3 week look-ahead schedule
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and suppliers
• Work directly with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Identify equipment, material, staffing, and long-lead needs before they become problems
• Lead daily safety huddles and enforce company safety standards
• Monitor production, quality, job costs, and field performance
• Hire, train, develop, and hold field employees accountable
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff
• Solve field problems quickly and keep crews productive What We're Looking For
• 5-10+ years of construction experience
• Strong asphalt paving and/or dirt work experience
• Superintendent, General Superintendent, or senior field leadership experience
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and equipment
• Ability to read plans, specifications, schedules, and submittals
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions and maintain control in a fast-moving construction environment
• Strong communicator and team player
• Must be willing to take ownership and be accountable for field results Compensation & Benefits Salaried Position
