Growth Path and Compensation Recruiter:

$55,000 base salary,Target time frame: Within approximately 12 months of starting. Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses, with total annual earning potential $65,000+ Advancement is not automatic. Each promotion depends on meeting performance expectations, demonstrating readiness, and available business opportunities. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. As part of the leadership track, there may be occasions when you need to arrive earlier or stay later based on employee, client, or operational needs.
