We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of our corporate office. This is far more than a traditional office management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation, understands financial reporting, enjoys building efficient processes, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to solve problems. Responsibilities Finance & Accounting- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Understand and interpret Profit & Loss statements Office Operations
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with company projects and process improvements
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and calendars Human Resources & Payroll
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel records
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts
- Ensure HR documentation remains organized and DQ files are compliant Business Support
- Track insurance claims and related documentation
- Assist leadership with operational reporting
- Support marketing initiatives and company social media
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes - Perform other projects as assigned Qualifications
- 3+ years of business operations, accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
REQUIRED
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
