GSD Home Staging Position Overview:

GSD Home Staging is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Director of Operations to oversee and streamline our day-to-day business functions. This leadership role is responsible for managing multiple departments and supervising staff, coordinating project managers, and ensuring the seamless execution of the company's day-to-day operations. Operations & Warehouse Management

• Oversee the warehouse operations and manage expectations. The WH manager will report to you while managing his team. You will keep an close eye on the inventory, inspect the cleanliness and organization of the space.
• Manage warehouse staff, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Maintain high standards for inventory presentation and readiness for installs Project Management Oversight
• Supervise and support Project Managers (PMs) to ensure projects stay on schedule and within the scope and company standards.
• Oversee the logistics for staging installs and furniture pickups currently scheduled by the business manager.
• Act as a central point of communication between warehouse, PMs, and leadership
• Assist with on-site installs as needed
• Assist with staging preparation by pulling inventory and styling accessories, primarily supporting Kate's projects, with additional collaboration across Project Managers as needed.
• Ensure all projects reflect the company's elevated design standards Proposals & Property Viewings and supporting Creative Director projects
• Assist in preparing client proposals, including pricing, scope, and timelines
• Tag and organize PPVs to ensure accurate inventory planning and execution
• Collaborating alongside Kate on proposals and PPV coordination
• Approval of the PM's proposals and pricing
• Support Kate with interior design projects
• Ordering inventory as needed and approved by Kate Administrative & Process Management
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and project tracking
• Support overall business operations to ensure seamless client experience
• Oversee the PM's sales and goals
• Manage the design associates.
• Approve of their PTO's and personal appointments
• Provide projects and manage their day-to-day productivity This role requires a combination of warehouse, office, and on-site project work. Each day varies based on project schedules and business needs. You can have the opportunity to run a small pocket of your own project for staging project which will allow you to earn extra commission base compensation. Salary is Commensurate with Experience
• 15 Paid Days off plus your Birthday and 9 Guaranteed Paid Holidays
• When business allows, we will be closed for additional days surrounding the 4th of July and Christmas.
• Summer Friday starting the 4th of July ending Labor Day Weekend.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
