Line Producer

We are seeking an experienced Line Producer to oversee the production of complex productions across reality, unscripted, and documentary formats. This role requires someone who has managed:

• International shoots
• High-risk environments (remote locations, stunts, difficult terrain, sensitive access, etc.)
• Tight budgets and tight timelines You will be responsible for managing and maintaining budgets, overseeing production logistics, managing risk, and ensuring the creative vision is delivered on time and on budget.

This job requires you to be in office.

Job duties include:

• Manage, and track production budgets from development through post
• Lead all production logistics for domestic and international shoots
• Oversee hiring of key crew and vendors
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for high-risk shoots
• Coordinate with insurance providers, safety teams, and legal when required
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international regulations, and network requirements
• Maintain production efficiency without sacrificing safety or quality Ideal candidate has:
• 5+ years of experience in unscripted, reality, or documentary production
• Proven experience as a Line Producer
• Demonstrated success managing international productions
• Experience executing shoots in high-risk or complex environments
• Deep knowledge of production insurance, safety protocols, and risk assessment
• Strong track record of delivering on budget
• Ability to lead and make decisive calls under pressure
• Exceptional organizational and efficient communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently Rate will be based on selected candidates skills and experience.
