By leveraging your expertise in accounting and process optimization, you will drive impactful improvements in our operational workflows and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial workflows, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure fiscal health. Execute precise financial reconciliations and maintain data integrity within our ERP and accounting software platforms. Streamline payroll processing and employee time-tracking systems to improve administrative accuracy. Drive operational performance by analyzing key metrics and identifying trends that inform leadership strategy. Facilitate seamless communication with external partners and internal stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure project milestones are met and operational goals are achieved. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in business operations or operations management within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets to support business-critical decisions. Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous process improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Skills Background in program management or project coordination. Familiarity with precision manufacturing or machining sector workflows. Advanced proficiency in ERP system administration and financial software.
