is hiring a Hospitality Services Associate to support daily hospitality, customer service, and operational activities. This role assists guests, coordinates service requests, maintains organized service areas, and works with team members to help provide a welcoming and professional experience. Common Job Roles Hospitality Services Associate Hospitality Associate Guest Services Associate Hospitality Support Specialist Guest Experience Associate Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service Respond to guest questions, requests, and service needs. Assist with coordinating hospitality and customer service activities. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas. Support daily service operations and team workflows. Assist with reservations, orders, appointments, or service requests as applicable. Communicate guest needs and concerns to appropriate team members. Restock hospitality supplies and maintain service stations Resolve routine guest concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Follow company policies, customer service standards, privacy procedures, and workplace safety requirements Perform additional hospitality and operational duties assigned by management. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality or guest service operations Strong relationship-building and communication skills Good organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Familiarity with POS, reservation, or service-management systems is a plus. $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 43.0 per week
