North Haven, CT Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Team development Driver's License Production management Time management Full Job Description Pro-Klean Cleaning & Restoration Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Packout & Contents Supervisor to take ownership of our Pack out, Contents Inventory, and Contents Storage operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, quality control, customer communication, and administrative coordination associated with pack out and contents projects. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of accountability for ensuring pack out projects are scheduled properly, teams are performing efficiently, customers and clients receive timely communication, and billing requests are submitted throughout the project rather than being delayed until completion. Key Responsibilities Packout Operations & Production Oversee all pack out and contents production activities from initial scheduling through completion. Coordinate and supervise packout crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and according to company standards. Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of packout and contents employees. Hold team members accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and adherence to company procedures. Contents Inventory Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Contents Inventory. Establish and maintain organized systems for tracking customer contents from initial inventory through return or disposition. Identify and correct inventory discrepancies promptly. Coordinate contents cleaning, processing, storage, and return activities as applicable. Work with production teams to maintain consistent contents-handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in restoration, contents, packout, moving, cleaning, construction, property restoration, or a related industry preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, inventory systems, email, and other business technology. Ability to learn and follow insurance/restoration documentation and billing procedures. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle contents and equipment as required by the position. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly. Preferred Experience & Certifications The following are preferred but not necessarily required: Experience with property restoration and insurance claims. Experience with contents inventory and packout procedures. Experience with restoration estimating or estimating software. Experience managing warehouse or storage operations. Experience supervising field crews.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
