Job Overview We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organizational functions. This executive role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, managing organizational change, and fostering sustainable business growth and scaling a growing business. The successful candidate will oversee business operations, implement process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. This position offers an opportunity to shape the future of our organization through innovative leadership, data-driven decision making, and comprehensive operational management. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability. Lead operational initiatives including process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. Oversee business development management efforts to expand market presence and revenue streams. Manage budgets at an executive level, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational budgeting. Drive change management processes across departments to facilitate organizational agility and continuous improvement. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on project management, program management, and operational analysis. Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance performance metrics and operational outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery. Conduct operational analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for process optimization. Lead executive-level communication efforts with stakeholders, including verbal communication with executives regarding strategic initiatives. Manage large-scale organizational change management initiatives to support growth and transformation efforts. Skills Extensive experience in operational management with a proven track record of leading large teams and supervising senior leadership. Deep understanding of business management principles including strategic planning, process improvement, and project management. Strong expertise in operational excellence initiatives, change management, and business development management. Proficiency in financial management practices such as budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. Exceptional verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level interactions. Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision making supported by robust analytical skills. Skilled in managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders across diverse organizational functions. Proven leadership in large-scale organizational change management efforts. Ability to implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in managing budgets at an enterprise level with a focus on financial sustainability. From $130,000.00 per year
