Job Description The Director of Operations will be responsible for: Overseeing robot and automation manufacturing, purchasing, parts, and inventory operations Establishing operational metrics and identifying opportunities for performance improvement Implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and increase throughput Coordinating efforts across operations, engineering, technology and customer service teams Managing departmental leaders while supporting workforce development and operational goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A Successful Director of Operations will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field 10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience Strong background in automation, robotics, packaging machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and departmental managers Demonstrated success improving throughput, delivery performance, and operational efficiency Strong continuous improvement and process optimization experience Excellent financial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
