You will lead the development of a new extrusion capability, combining hands-on process development, equipment setup, sample production, and ongoing manufacturing support. Our client needs someone with multi-lumen tubing experience who can develop processes, complete changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and deliver repeatable results. You must be comfortable working directly on the production floor while balancing technical projects, customer needs, and long-term operational planning. This role offers ownership of an expanding manufacturing capability and the opportunity to shape its processes, resources, and future team.
