What You'll Do:

Travel to multiple sites to perform inspections, meet with subcontractors, and ensure site quality. Lead and coordinate site work with subcontractors, ensuring all assignments are scheduled and communicated clearly through digital tools like Google Calendar and WhatsApp. Respond to client needs with urgency and professionalism, resolving issues quickly to build lasting relationships. Attend key customer meetings to maintain and grow account partnerships. Maintain a strong understanding of your book of business, providing updates on project status during daily conference calls. Ensure work orders, project descriptions, dates, and all critical information are complete and accurate before assigning jobs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with subcontractors, contractors, or vendors Background in retail grocery management, commercial cleaning, or a related fast-moving, customer-focused environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work flexible, sometimes long, hours as needed to support operations Willingness to travel daily for site visits (local travel only, vehicle provided)
