What You'll Do Lead event staff during setup, service, and breakdown Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and support teams Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve issues Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the venue Manage event logistics, inventory needs, and operational execution Troubleshoot challenges in real time and keep events running seamlessly Communicate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure successful events What We're Looking For 2+ years of hospitality, events, or venue management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences Why Hook Hall?
