A Field Operations Manager is responsible for field operations of a company or organization, usually installing, repairing or maintaining equipment or services in the field, often outdoors. May supervise field technicians and operatives. Assists in developing regional business plans and strategies. Helps manage budget and expenditures. Ensures quality and technical expertise required for field work are met.
The Restoration Group is looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our growing mitigation division across Delaware. This is a leadership role for a proven restoration professional who is ready to take full ownership of a department — building the team, driving the results, and shaping what TRG's mitigation operation looks like for years to come. You'll oversee daily operations, develop field personnel, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability across all mitigation projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operations & Production Lead all day-to-day mitigation operations and scheduling across both locations Oversee after-hours emergency response scheduling and operations Ensure operational efficiency and quality from project kickoff through completion Monitor production metrics and drive departmental performance week over week Maintain safety standards and industry best practices on every job Team Leadership & Development Develop, coach, and mentor mitigation technicians and team leaders Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement Manage and align multiple teams simultaneously across active projects Set clear expectations and hold your team to them — every day Financial Performance & Collaboration Maximize project profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service Coordinate closely with office staff, estimators, project managers, and leadership Identify and resolve inefficiencies that affect margins or team performance
WHAT YOU NEED
Required:
Hands-on restoration and water mitigation management experience IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or equivalent) Proven leadership and team development skills Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to lead emergency response operations, including after-hours events Knowledge of industry standards and restoration best practices A commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence
