Operations Manager:

Set and track sales goals, working closely with ownership to drive revenue growth. Manage marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. Oversee production across departments (screen printing, embroidery, heat press, artwork, and sales) operating in two facilities. Coordinate effectively between sales and art departments to ensure accurate, timely project delivery. Help determine lead times and scheduling based on workload and available resources. Order supplies, maintain inventory, and negotiate with vendors to reduce costs. Balance workloads across office and production teams to ensure efficiency. Supervise staff performance, keeping employees on-task and working to their full potential. Train, mentor, and guide new employees, fostering professional growth and strong work habits. Implement quality control procedures to minimize errors and rework. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction. Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to optimize workflow and improve productivity. Play a key role in setting up and supporting the company's first outside sales representative.
