Operations Manager

You will be the organizational "catch-all" for the Florida office, ensuring everything from service dispatching to executive support runs like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customers and the service team, managing service requests through MaintainX software and coordinating logistics with major carriers like FedEx and UPS. You will also provide critical administrative support to the CTO and COO, managing everything from vendor schedules to project expenses. Preferred Skills Experience with MaintainX or similar asset management software. Familiarity with international shipping and logistics. Prior experience supporting C-suite executives. Required Skills Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with experience in shipping logistics and core returns. Ability to manage service dispatching via phone and text.
